I have been going to this Salon for several months and I recommend it. I have been getting my hair done by Suni and she is excellent. Two new Nail Techs just started working here, so I decided to try them. I just had a Pedicure done by Beatriz and a Full Set by Vanessa and I must say, I was impressed by both of them. Vanessa did some really wonderful designs on my nails, that all my friends are asking me where I got them done. I am absolutely happy here.

I have been using this salon for over a year, since I moved to Hollywood from New York. I am an African American woman and was looking for a Dominican Stylist. I am glad I found this Salon. I feel very comfortable and welcomed every time I go there. I love it so much, that a few of my friends are now using this Salon, they are not African American or Hispanic and they love the Salon. We have waited a little bit at times when they are very busy, but it is understandable, because I have witnessed the delays caused by the customers themselves and I could never blame Suni or the other Stylists after witnessing the complete disregard for their time from some of these customers. There was one time I thought somebody had gone ahead of me and I questioned Suni about it. I then found out that that person had already been to the Salon earlier that day and agreed to come back later due to a delay.I can see where someone could think that they are letting others jump ahead, but I have seen that that is not the case. I have never had any problems here and I continue to tell others about the Salon. I highly recommend it.

IF YOU ARE A WHITE AMERICAN, YOU ARE TOTALLY MISTREATED IN THIS SALON. I WENT ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS, PAYING A SMALL FORTUNE BY THE WAY. EACH TIME I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, AND WAS STILL MADE TO WAIT A MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR. HOWEVER, OTHER SPANISH PEOPLE COULD WALK IN OFF THE STREET AND THEY WOULD BE TAKEN RIGHT AWAY. EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AT LEAST A WEEK AHEAD OF TIME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. IN THE 4 OR 5 TIMES I WENT THERE, I ALWAYS MADE AN APPOINTMENT, AND WAS ALWAYS MADE TO WAIT AT LEAST AN HOUR. ALSO WITH EACH VISIT I WAS SPENDING NEVER LESS THAN $200.00. YOU WOULD THINK ANY BUSINESS WOULD WANT TO KEEP THAT CUSTOMER HAPPY. IF YOU ARE AMERICAN, I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO USE ANOTHER SHOP. AND JUST SO YOU ARE AWARE, MY APPOINTMENTS WERE MADE WITH THE OWNER SUNNI, SO SHE IS AWARE OF THE TERIBBLE TREATMENT I RECEIVED. AND OBVIOUSLY SHE DID NOT CARE. I NOW USE A WONDERFUL SALON, SALON 180. THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER AND THEY UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF AN APPOINTMENT.
